PROTOTYPES
Our versatile equipment allows us to manufacture prototypes and other custom parts. We do not have a minimum order number that we require to setup our machines.
PRODUCTION
Our CNC equipment enables us to run higher volume production orders. We can manufacture from raw materials or existing parts.
REPAIRS
We are capable of performing repairs to parts that have already been in service. Rework can be done to damaged parts or for preventative measures.
CAD DESIGN
We utilize Autodesk Inventor to create 3D models of parts and assemblies. This modern software allows us to go straight from design to manufacturing in one package. If customers have existing models or drawings they can be imported into our software.
FABRICATION
Although we specialize in machining, we can still take on light fabrication jobs that require welding and assembly.
INSPECTION
A wide range of inspection tools are used to assure that the highest quality parts are delivered to our customers. We can measure both standard and complex parts with our many instruments.
